Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were already cluttered with mini bar offerings but very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect, being very close to shops, restaurants, and only a short walk from the old Montreal and the Basilique Notre-Dame. The service, while mostly helpful, had some lapses in kindness except for the chairman at breakfast and the lady who cleaned the room. The dining, served on real plates with real cutlery, was fine and got me off to a good start each day.
The hotel is perfectly located, ideal for exploring Montreal on foot and enjoying the shopping and nightlife activities on St Catherine Street. The rooms felt spacious and clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere, although the heating was a bit of a letdown. The service was consistently friendly and helpful, especially when we had an issue with a leaky pipe. However, the outdated breakfast room and limited dining options were disappointing. Overall, a reasonable value for money.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The room facing the Bar across the street was modern and fresh, although a bit chilly as the heating didn't seem to work effectively. The service was friendly and helpful, but I found some towels left in the room and small trash items not removed. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Montreal, making it convenient to explore the city. The dining experience was okay with only a buffet available. The facilities were well-maintained and decent.
The hotel offers clean and very comfortable rooms, though bigger beds would enhance the experience. The friendly staff are welcoming and knowledgeable but had issues with bed sheets and bathrooms. The location is excellent for exploring the area, and the dining experience, while adequate, could be improved. Great value for money overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms were super clean and spacious, offering great comfort, but they were quite overheated, making it hard to sleep at night. The service was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making my stay enjoyable. The location was fabulous, within walking distance of various attractions and amenities, although the dining experience left a bit to be desired with limited options. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel provides clean and comfortable rooms with super friendly staff. However, the experience could be enhanced with bigger beds and more room amenities. The location is excellent for exploring downtown Montreal but is directly above garbage bins.
The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, providing a comfortable location to relax after a long day of exploring the city. While well-insulated from external noise, the downside was the lack of views, additional parking costs, and absence of a microwave.
The hotel has really come a long way with spacious rooms featuring a double bed and sofa bed, but some rooms lack a door leading to water spilling over the floor during showers. I must admit, one of our rooms had a terrible smell, which was unpleasant. The service was quite good overall, but the staff should be more knowledgeable about pet-friendly areas for the convenience of guests with pets.
I stayed in a handicap room on the second floor, facing the bar across the street. The rooms were nicely appointed, especially the fancy bathroom, but I had some concerns about the cleanliness of the room.
The hotel offers very comfortable rooms but is more like a 2.5 to 3-star place rather than a 4-star. Despite this, the rooms are tidy and well-decorated. The service is friendly and helpful, though can be indifferent at times. The location is fantastic and accessible to many attractions. The dining experience is excellent but could improve in temperature. The facilities are top-notch, providing a great overall experience.
